REGISTERED FUNDRAISING COUNSEL & ARTS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LOBBYIST

We are a registered fundraising counsel for the states of New York and Indiana, meaning we are “an individual or firm that provides strategic input on development methods, tactics, or events. Generally, they work behind the scenes and aren’t directly involved in the act of asking for donations.” This means, we will prepare for one-on-one individual solicitations, funder calls, and any other contacts with potential funders with the client, but the client should be the one to ask directly.

Note that we are a registered lobbyist in NY and in IN and should only be speaking with elected officials on behalf of clients once the contract has been registered with the appropriate State and City authorities.
